Refund policy
Unused items can be returned back to us for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase - refunds do not include the cost of shipping. For health, hygienic and safety reasons, no bulk goods, cosmetics or personal hygiene products are eligible for returns or refunds. Any return shipments must be handled at your own expense.
During COVID19, items picked up from our physical store or delivered to your door will be reviewed on a case by case basis and we ask for photo evidence to be sent by e-mail to hello@ecoandamour.com

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us immediately at hello@ecoandamour.com We will be happy to work with you to make things right.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
eco+amour is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Orders are hand delivered or mailed through Canada Post, usually with a tracking number. If an order or partial order was taken from your doorsteps, please contact the police and/or delivery company directly.
